How soon can I be seen as a new patient?
On average 2-4 weeks, but we do have appointments open earlier and are always open to helping you get in ASAP if needed.
What insurance plans do you accept?
We accept a variety of insurance plans including Aetna, United, Cigna, and Medicare. Our list is currently growing and we are pending approvals from multiple other insurance plans, so please call for our current list.
What if I don't have insurance?
We offer cash pay per visit and will also be offering monthly membership plans in the near future. We believe in transparency and our pricing is listed under "services".
Do you offer psychiatry or psychology?
We are a psychiatry office. We prescribe medications as part of our treatment plan but may also suggest behavioral changes, diet changes, supplements, and other treatment options. If you are looking for a therapist we are happy to provide you a referral!
Do you offer virtual or in-person appointments?
Both! Some insurance plans do not cover virtual appointments or we may need to see you in person a certain amount of times per year. You have to be located in the state of Nevada for virtual visits.
Do you offer after hours? What if I am suicidal?
We do not currently have the resources to offer on-call services. If you or a loved one are feeling suicidal take a breath and call 911, go to an ER, or call/text the crisis hotline. For more information on these options please see our "resources" page.
Do you offer in-office treatments options such as ketamine, Spravato, or TMS?
Not currently, but we are familiar with these options and are happy to evaluate if you would be a good candidate and refer you for further treatment.
