Depression

Depression is a mood disorder that can cause persistent feelings of sadness, hopelessness, loss of interest in activities, low energy, changes in sleep or appetite, and difficulty concentrating. It can affect daily functioning, relationships, and overall quality of life.

PTSD

Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) can develop after experiencing or witnessing a traumatic event. Symptoms may include intrusive memories, nightmares, heightened anxiety, avoidance of reminders of the trauma, and feeling constantly on edge or unsafe.

Eating Disorders

Eating disorders are serious mental health conditions involving unhealthy relationships with food, eating behaviors, body image, or weight. Common types include anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, and avoidant/restrictive food intake disorder, all of which can have significant physical and emotional effects.

Anxiety

Anxiety disorders involve excessive worry, nervousness, or fear that is difficult to control and may interfere with daily activities. Symptoms can include restlessness, racing thoughts, muscle tension, irritability, panic attacks, and sleep disturbances.

OCD

Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) is characterized by unwanted, intrusive thoughts (obsessions) and repetitive behaviors or mental rituals (compulsions) performed to reduce anxiety. These symptoms can become time-consuming and significantly impact daily life.

Insomnia

Insomnia is a sleep disorder that causes difficulty falling asleep, staying asleep, or getting restful sleep. Poor sleep can affect mood, energy, concentration, cognitive ability, and overall well-being. 

ADHD

Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is a neurodevelopmental condition characterized by difficulties with attention, organization, time management, impulse control, and/or hyperactivity. ADHD can impact school, work, relationships, and everyday responsibilities.

Bipolar Disorders

Bipolar disorders are mood disorders that involve episodes of depression as well as periods of elevated mood, increased energy, irritability, or impulsive behavior. These mood shifts can vary in severity and may affect relationships, work, and overall functioning.

Not every mental health concern fits neatly into a specific diagnosis. Many people experience symptoms that overlap multiple conditions or do not fully meet the criteria for a particular disorder, yet still significantly impact their daily lives. Our focus is not just on diagnoses—we treat the individual.
